Even with permanent makeup the colour fades and will need to be refreshed, so Semi-Permanent will need to be topped up too depending on how it takes to your skin.
Top-ups are usually recommended after 12 months and then optional if you are to top up again the following year and so on. Your artist will explain and let you know what they feel is best for your skin type.
