• All booking fees are non-refundable.
• If you book more than one appointment you will be asked to send over a £50 booking fee for each appointment. These will be non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule an appointment I will require at least 2 weeks notice to do so. I will allow clients to carry over a non-refundable booking fee just once to an alternative date (this will be at my discretion).
• If an appointment is moved more than once then you will lose the non-refundable booking fee and will be asked to pay for the full treatment upfront upon securing another date.
• If you do not turn up for your pre-paid top-up (this only applies to initial treatments) or cancel within less than 2 weeks notice, then you will be required to pay an additional £50 for loss of appointment time and admin cost incurred.
